Both of these graphs have over 50k data points, we wanted to get super granular to make sure we didn't miss anything! Without our baffle there are significant drops in oil pressure, enough to cause accelerated wear of bearings and other vital components. After adding our baffle all of the very concerning pressure dips have been eliminated. We have not had this issue present itself but some rods do run very close to the baffle. Be sure to clean pan, baffle and block mating surface of any oil and foreign material before reinstalling the pan.
