If you’ve owned a GEN1 EcoBoost long enough, you already know the story: the factory turbos don’t age gracefully. Manifolds crack, coolant lines leak, and the turbos start getting tired, resulting in slower spool, more heat, and a truck that just doesn’t pull like it used to.

The Formline® Turbo Kit fixes all of it in one engineered, bolt-on package.

At the heart of the Formline® kit is a pair of BorgWarner Upgrade Turbos — the same manufacturer Ford uses, just built with better internals and more airflow. They spool quickly, hold power longer, and support up to 20% more flow. Paired with a good tune, they can support up to 600 HP without changing the truck’s drivability.

From there, the kit replaces all of the other GEN1 trouble spots with: Formline® cast manifolds designed to eliminate cracking, stainless-braided AN coolant lines that end coolant leak issues for good, and a complete installation kit with Inconel studs, gaskets, and fittings.

The end result? A truck that drives like it should’ve from the factory — responsive, consistent, and ready for whatever you throw at it.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days of purchase your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

-Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective.
-Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
