The transmission is the backbone of your 2013- 2018 Dodge Ram 6.7L Cummins. It's responsible for transmitting up to 930 lb-ft of torque from the engine to the wheels. That much power generates a lot of heat and if that heat isn?t dissipated it can destroy your transmission. The transmission cooler does a good job of keeping transmission fluid temperatures in check, but only if the fluid can reach it. The stock cooling system of both the 68-RFE and Aisin AS69RC utilize an in-line thermal bypass valve that controls the flow of fluid to the transmission cooler. The purpose of this valve is to prevent transmission fluid from flowing to the cooler until it reaches operating temperature. The thermostat inside this valve is prone to failure, however, and when that happens, the fluid never flows to the cooler and the transmission can overheat. That?s why Mishimoto has developed an improved thermal bypass valve kit for your 2013?2018 Dodge Ram 6.7L Cummins. Our CNC-machined aluminum thermal bypass valve not only looks better than the stock unit, but it performs better too. The Mishimoto thermal bypass valve utilizes a replaceable thermostat that is more durable than the stock thermostat and opens about 10 F earlier. This allows fluid to flow to the cooler sooner, without over cooling. For owners in hot climates, the Mishimoto valve includes a bypass that allows full flow to the transmission cooler, regardless of temperature. The bypass can be easily swapped out with only a wrench for summer or winter driving. The Mishimoto thermal bypass valve flows better in both configurations than the stock valve for more effective cooling. Cooling fins machined into the valve body add even more heat dissipation. RETURN/REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days of purchase your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
-Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused and in original packaging.
-Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective.
-Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
