The stock turbo adapter on the Ford F-150 / Raptor EcoBoost motors is a known restriction in the exhaust flow. PRL's new design improves on the OEM piece by starting with a fresh stainless steel casting. The design has an increased cross section with a smooth taper that is matched to the oval-shaped turbo-side opening, making a seamless transition as air flows from the turbo into the downpipe. Total volume of the flow section is increased from 9.8 to 10.1 in³, and the minimum internal cross-sectional area is increased from 3.4 to 4.2 in², a 23% increase.
This design was chosen with the aid of CAD flow simulation, with the goal of maximizing flow while maintaining enough material to handle the heat and pressure of the exhaust gasses. Simulation results show the increased flow area reduces turbo-side pressure 55.8% from stock while increasing and smoothing velocity to 101.1% of stock. Faster, easier flow means the motor can apply more power to the wheels instead of forcing air through the exhaust—most noticeable at higher RPM for increased top-end power and lower spool time.
Performance Testing
Dyno testing showed a +14 HP and +1 lb-ft peak gain, with torque peaking 212 RPM earlier than stock. Max gain is +30 HP at 5300 RPM and +23 lb-ft at 5600 RPM. Peak boost pressure also increased from 20.8 to 21.77 psi, building quicker and hitting peak at 3273 RPM versus 3379 RPM stock.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days of purchase your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
-Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused and in original packaging.
-Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective.
-Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
